Meet The Team

Rafael A Roa is a filmmaker, writer, and photographer. He is a BlueCat Screenplay semi-finalist, a Writer’s League of Texas General Fiction finalist and holds an MFA in Fiction from NYU. He has appeared on various stages including the New York Times and NYU.

Kenny Jackson is a Media Producer known for blending humor, culture, and storytelling through a distinctly POC lens. He is both a NAACP Image Award and an Ambies Award nominee. He is also co-founder of the creative collective, Hollywood Pivot.

Virginia McLure is a writer and copywriting Creative Director who’s worked on national commercial campaigns and global product messaging. She is a BlueCat Screenplay semi-finalist, published a number of poems in Bomb, Pank and others, and is a 2023 BreadLoaf fellow.
